If you are participating in the VIEW clinical trial, follow these simple steps to prepare and ship your VeriStrat test:

Step 1: Obtain a VIEW Serum Collection Kit if you do not have one already.

Step 2: Complete the VIEW Test Request Form.

Step 3: Collect a sample from your patient by following the sample collection instructions.

Step 4: Prepare the sample for shipment by following the shipping instructions.

Step 5: Receive results within 72 hours of sample shipment.
