How to Submit
To submit a sample for VeriStrat® testing, you must have a VeriStrat Sample Collection Kit, which contains the VeriStrat Test Request Form. If you would like to order a VeriStrat Sample Collection Kit click here.
Once you have received the VeriStrat Sample Collection Kit and have identified a patient for VeriStrat testing, you will need to follow the VeriStrat sample collection and preparation instructions as well as the VeriStrat sample packaging and shipping instructions. A full explanation of these procedures is included under the Sample Collection and Sample Submission sections noted at the left.
